FACE YOGA

Face yoga is a practice that aims to improve facial health by massaging and exercising the facial muscles and lymphatic system. With this method, you can ease away stress and anxiety by relaxing the muscles in your face. Twenty weeks of regular facial exercise have been shown to increase upper and lower cheek fullness and skin firmness in a study published in 2018 by Northwestern University. Each participant was to follow the program for 30 minutes each day for the first 8 weeks of the trial, and then every other day thereafter.
