HAVUC TARATOR

3 carrots

3 tablespoons of yogurt

2 cloves of garlic

1 teaspoon of black pepper

4 tablespoons of olive oil

1 teaspoon of salt

Heat the 3 carrots after grating it with the coarse side of the grater. 4 tablespoons olive oil in a flat pan, add carrots, and fry on high heat.

• While the carrots are roasting, sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of salt.

• Chop 2 garlic cloves coarsely and add to the pan after the carrots have roasted slightly.

• Whisk together 3 tablespoons yogurt and 1 teaspoon black pepper until creamy.

• Next, add the roasted carrots to the yogurt and mix until all of the ingredients are combined, and your appetizer is ready.

• Place it on the serving plate and garnish with 1 tablespoon pomegranate.
