HAYDARI

90 g butter

2 tablespoons of mint

3 cloves of garlic

200 g strained yogurt

300 gr regular yogurt

peppermint oil

Salt

Melt 90 g of butter.
Add 2 tablespoons of mint and 3 cloves of garlic into it.

Mix the oil without burning it and turn off the heat.
Mix 200 g of strained yoghurt and 300 g of yoghurt in a bowl.
Add peppermint oil and salt according to your taste. Leave it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
